- For accessibility, privacy, security, or legal issues: a concise description and enough non-sensitive detail to reproduce or route the report.
Do not send loan documents, account credentials, Social Security numbers, full credit reports, exact property addresses, income documents, or other sensitive information by email.
Safe correction reports
When a channel is published, a calculation report should use invented or non-sensitive test values and include only the page address, expected result, observed result, browser version, and reproduction steps. The project should never require a loan document or personal borrower profile to reproduce a formula defect.
Response expectations
This is a small public beta without a guaranteed response time. Material calculator, privacy, accessibility, or security reports are prioritized for review and may result in a visible correction, warning, or temporary feature change.
